Grad Highlight: Inigo [By Craig]

The same day that Inigo graduated from the Etna Rockside Ranch program, he moved into the Fort Jones fire hall where he served as a volunteer firefighter. He enrolled in the College of the Siskiyous Fire Academy and has been attending academy while continuing to work as a volunteer firefighter.

Inigo would often visit the ranch to share about the intensity and difficulty of the trainings. We are so proud of his determination and perseverance to stick with the academy all the way to the end.

On May 27th, Inigo graduated from the Fire Academy and accepted a job with CalFire in nearby Yreka, CA. He'll spend the summer working on a hand crew fighting fires across the state. Keep Inigo in your prayers as he battles wildfires this summer and beyond!
