We are hiring Program Lead Interns at all our sites!

Join our staff and live out the Gospel in a tangible way.

Program Lead Interns help young men overcome crisis. The role is a cross between a mentor, a resident advisor, and an adventure guide. Program Lead interns live in the student house and build community while farming and adventuring outdoors.

Live on a Farm.
Build Community.

Change Lives.

FARM

Jump in to help with chores, gardening, and farm projects.

Farming isn’t the main focus of the internship, but you'll spend time cultivating a rare physical connection to life and land during your time at the ranch.

mentor

Disciple students through a variety of workshops and discussion based class times.

Through life-on-life mentorship you will support, challenge, and encourage students as they put in the hard work of life restoration.

EXPLORE

Being outdoors and away from technology is such a crucial part of life restoration.

You’ll lead students on unforgettable adventures through the woods, down the river, and up the mountains.

This time-warp ranch town in the Scott River watershed is one of the last untrammeled outposts of wild California—a well-situated launching point for backcountry rambles on foot or on water. Think Yellowstone minus the gridlock. The Klamath National Forest and the Marble Mountain, Russian, and Trinity Alps wilderness areas are rich with snowcapped peaks, trout streams, and undammed snowmelt rivers with long, plunging rapids and boulder gardens. There’s backcountry snowboarding off Etna and Callahan summits, downhill skiing at nearby Mount Shasta, granite climbing routes at Castle Crags State Park, and, about ten miles away, the Pacific Crest Trail.
