These are super easy gluten free/dairy free cookies the we’ve been baking at Rockside since the early days. They’ve become a special tradition that remind us of our friendship and commitment to bear one another’s burdens -- dietary and otherwise. Make them as the recipe suggests, or experiment with reducing the sugar as I have been known to do!
