Our heritage chicken is raised in our pasture and butchered by hand on our farm. Our pork is raised in our oak woodlands — without antibiotics or hormones.

Each box comes with a whole chicken (two in the large box) and a variety of pork cuts that could include bacon, sausages, chops, ribs, roasts, and other specialty cuts. The 11-12lb box will give you approximately 26 meals—that’s $5.65 per meal.

More importantly, as a member of the ranch club, you are helping give hope and restore lives.

A sample of a past 11-12lb box: 1 whole chicken, 1 pack of ground pork, 1 pack of boneless pork chops, 1 pack of cottage bacon, 1 package of linguica, 1 package of polish sausages, 1 boneless loin roast (the 23-24lb pork box was double this list).
